You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using Avoé, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Wardrobe Content & Privacy

Avoé is a local-first application. Your wardrobe photos and outfit data are stored on your device. We do not have access to your private photos. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backups.

3. Use of the App

• You agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• We provide the app "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

Since data is stored locally, Avoé is not liable for any loss of data, photos, or information resulting from app deletion, device loss, or hardware failure.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India.
