Welcome to Avoé ("we", "our", "us"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Account info: email, name, password (encrypted).
Wardrobe/outfit content you upload.
Device & usage data (for analytics & sessions).

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the app experience.
To personalize recommendations.
To secure accounts and prevent misuse.

3. Data Storage & Security

Avoé is designed with a "Local-First" approach. Your wardrobe photos and outfit plans are stored locally on your device. We do not host these photos on our servers.

Note: Since data is local, we cannot recover your photos if you delete the app or lose your device.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

We do not sell your personal data. However, we use Google AdMob to serve ads. These third-party vendors use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your interests.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) settings.

5. Data Retention

User Content: Since your wardrobe photos and outfit data are stored locally, they are retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete specific items or the entire data set at any time by deleting the app.
Account Information: If you create an account, we retain your basic profile data (name/email) only for as long as your account is active.
Deletion: Upon your request for account deletion, we will purge your personal information from our servers within 30 days. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically delete the local photos on your device; you must uninstall the app to remove local data.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via the app or by contacting support.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13 (or digital consent age in your country).

8. Updates to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified in-app.
